★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瑞牆山荘脇登山口から金峰山頂に至るコースの６合目。コメツガ樹林が途切れたところにある露岩を基部としそこから稜線上に至る巨大な花崗岩の塊です。高さは５０ｍ超はありましょうか？全体的には五丈岩を凌ぐ規模と思いますが五丈岩が山体から大きく突き出し自己主張著しいのに比べこちらは山体にめり込むように一体化していてとても控えめな印象です。しかし露岩の上に立てば瑞牆山方面の見晴らしがたいへん良くこの先の登りしばらくは鬱蒼としたコメツガ樹林が続き眺望に恵まれないことを考えるとここから眺める景色に癒されてメンタルの回復を図っておくのがお勧めです。(2019-09-15)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/21瑞牆山→八丁平→大日岩→金峰山に向かいました。通過時、落ちると二度と戻ってこれない箇所もあるため細心の注意が必要です。山地図に記載してあるとおり北側危険でした。
10/21 I went to Mt. Mizugaki → Hatchodaira → Dainichiiwa → Mt. Kinpu. When passing, you need to be very careful because there are some places where you will never come back if you fall. As you can see on the mountain map, it was dangerous on the north side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難易度は高めですが、道具無しで岩の上まで登れます。一番てっぺんで無くても、岩の上から見える景色は最高です。金峰山や瑞牆山は勿論のこと、天気が良ければ八ヶ岳や南アルプスの山々も一望できます。

金峰山登山道脇にある巨大な岩峰です。ギア無しで登頂可能ですが、登頂の為の白ペンキ等の指示マークは有りません。砂も多く滑りやすく大変危険な絶壁です。未経験者は絶対に登攀してはいけません。経験者向けに1番難易度が低いルートを写真にて説明致します。尚、経験者の方でありましても、くれぐれも自己責任で全てのご判断をして頂ますようお願い致します。途中迄は八丁平方面への白ペンキ指示マークを利用します。

Even if you are an experienced person, please make all judgments at your own risk. Until the middle, use the white paint instruction mark on Hatchodaira.
