とりビー頂きながら、あっさり系のアテをチビチビとね♪
オバケも美味しいし、フルーツトマトも甘みがすんごいよ♡

真鯛はねっとりとした良い舌触りで、弾力も抜群なしっかり昆布締めで旨い！
マグロのトロはケープタウンらしいんやけど、トロやのに、なんていうんやろ、クドくないあっさりした脂が良かった♡
鰹は酢橘塩であっさりとね♡

バフンウニも綺麗な味わいやったし、
冷やし茶碗蒸しがチュルチュルと冷たくって美味しかった( ´艸｀)
うん、握りもそうやけど、一品ものもめっちゃ美味しいねんよな～！
ていうか、握りは前回（二年前やけどｗ）よりもかなり実力があがってるような気がした!!!
前はシャリの酢の感じが薄かったり濃かったり、ちょっとブレがご愛嬌なイメージがあってんけど、この日はバシっ！と決まってた感じやったわっ(･∀･)ｼﾗﾝｹﾄﾞ!!!!!
最後は大好きなトロタクからのコハダで終了!!
聞くと、最近は常連さんやひょこっと入って来たお客さんに単品の対応もされてるとか？！
早い時間はさすがにコースになっちゃうみたいやけど、
サクッとうちやまさんで〆飲みとかできたら最高やな！
