Honestly, it is a place I only want to know by myself. However, I tried to evaluate it because I wanted to share my experience with others. For reference, it is located on the 9th floor and reads 大喜 (だいぎ).

My friends and I stumbled over it from a list of recommended restaurants to try if we're ever in Osaka. Although only one of us spoke very rudimentary Japanese and the waiters/chefs didn't speak English, they made us feel welcome and used Google translate and lots of gestures to communicate with us. There was no menu. Instead, it was Omakase (chef's selection), and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. You set a max amount of money you're willing to spend and they will design a menu well worth your money. The minimum is 4000 yen per person. The environment is quiet with tasteful music in the background with traditional decor. And the waiters/chefs will strike up friendly warm conversation, even with Google translate.
A	Aike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will find this hidden gem on the 9th floor. The sushi is exceptional making this a surprise highlight of our trip. We had a nice view of Osaka from the bar and the staff was very friendly. The chef is actually a multi-talent and showed us some pictures of his origami works including tiny sushi (sub-centimeter range). Not that we would have needed more reasons to be impressed. The quality of the food was very high and the sushi menu includes some items you will not find outside of Japan. Highly recommended.
