魚介を美味しくおしゃれに気張らずに楽しめるビストロ
陽気で物腰柔らかな店長さん?が対応してくれました。ワインの品揃えも多く、相談に乗ってサービスしてくれます。
石狩鍋はこの季節にとてもありがたかったです。
鮮魚のカルパッチョから、よく火の通ったパイまで、様々な調理の海鮮が楽しめます。どのメニューも大体鮭が入っていて鮭好きにはたまりません笑
店内はこじんまりとして落ち着いています。気軽なデートとか友達とのご飯にはちょうどいいかな
緊急事態宣言中でじっくり味わえず、最後は慌てて食べてしまったのが残念。
お気に入りのお店になりましたが、次回に期待して☆3です

You can enjoy a variety of cooked seafood, from fresh fish carpaccio to well-cooked pies. Most of the menus contain salmon, which is irresistible for salmon lovers lol
The inside of the store is small and calm. Is it just right for a casual date or a meal with friends?
It's a pity that I couldn't taste it carefully during the state of emergency and hurriedly ate it at the end.
It has become my favorite shop, but I'm looking forward to it next time ☆ 3

お肉かお魚のお店。
地下が魚で2階がお肉。
今回は海鮮丼を注文しました。
アサリのすまし汁もいただいて、とてもおいしかったです。
これで¥1000はやすい！
ハイネケンのビールもいただいてお腹いっぱい胸いっぱいになりました。
またきますー

This time I ordered a seafood bowl.
I also got the clam soup and it was very delicious.
This makes ¥ 1000 easy!
I was full with Heineken beer.

サーモンが好きなのでサーモンのいろんな料理を食べることができたし、食べてビックリするくらい工夫された味付け(食材同士の相性とか)で思わず「美味しい！」を連呼しちゃいました。
親や親友も連れてきたいお店です！

お酒提供なしでこのラインナップは辛い、、、
レモンスカッシュやジンジャーエールの炭酸でごまかしつつ。
■中落ちサーモンとイクラのタルタル 豚煎添え 900円
旨みの詰まった中落ちでタルタルに青ネギとイクラを乗せて。
これとっても美味しかった～さっくさくの鮭の皮を揚げたものに
絡めていただくのだけれど、歯ごたえといい、お酒が飲みたくなる一品でした。
■シーザーサラダ 900円
ハーフサイズ 450円をいただきました。
ボリュームあります～
■サーモンのパイ包み焼き 1,150円
鮭殻荘のメインスペシャリテ。
サクサクのパイに包まれたサーモンクリームと
自家製のアメリケーヌソースは必食。
ちゃんちゃん焼きを洋風に。
中にはキャベツなども入っています。
元々鮭はエビを主食とするそうで、エビとの相性抜群なんだとか。
■雲丹のクリームソースをリングイネで 1,830円
茹で加減もちょうどよいアルデンテ。
どれもワインと合わせたくなるメニューばかり。
お酒がOKになったら再訪したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casual restaurant. Close to the station and cozy. Averagely clean and the staff if friendly. Perfect place for dates, spending time with friends or after work.
The cuisine is good. Mostly fish but there are some meats also. The beer is good and the wine list has everything you need at an affordable price.
The best thing of this place is that you can bring your own bottle of wine for a modest cork fee. About 900 yen.
By the way, “courses” are really interesting. Especially the all you can drink with food. You can bring your wines and have the draft beer plus a selection of their best foods.
Go for it if you want to chill with friends or for any event.
