Congratulations to the Confucius. Slightly higher but the soba, tempura, small bowl and sobayu were all delicious. I want to go again.

小鉢や漬け物も季節のものの手作りで、とても美味しいです。
普段ひとりで外食しないけど、ここは唯一一人でも行くくらい好きなお店です。

店内綺麗だし、席もゆとりのある配列。

ざる→蕎麦は細く、固めで美味しい。
小鉢に蕎麦の実と漬物、卓上の調味料に自家製の一味、岩塩もあった。

この日は、天ざる蕎麦を頂きました。
蕎麦の実ナメコ、アサツキの酢みそ和えからいただき、天ざる蕎麦を頂きました。
天ぷらは海老、帆立貝、かぼちゃ、季節の蕗のとうと菜の花と春を感じられたもので、一つ一つ美味しく頂きました。
〆には、くず餅。これまたきな粉と黒蜜で美味しい一品でした。
ごちそうさまでした。

あんなにそろって出て来るお店はなかなかありません。
つゆがまずいとありましたが、全然好みの問題でしょうかね〜(^^;)
鰹節かな〜?
出汁一筋と思うくらい後味スッキリと
とても美味しかったです。
ゆったりと食事できてまたリピートしたいです。( ╹▽╹ )
