昨年から専門学校に通うことになり、ここで中古車を購入し、その後も点検等でお世話になりました。スタッフの皆さんはとても丁寧な接客でなんの不安もなく足を運ぶことができるとても良いお店でした。 交通事故で車が破損した際、修理の依頼もスムーズに行うことができ事故対応もしっかりしていて安心して任せられます。 ケーユーさんで車の購入に悩まれている方、とても良いお店ですので安心してください。

事故で車がダメになったので、昨年に続きこちらで購入しました。 品揃えが良く、走行距離が少ない品質の良い車を展示、販売していると感心しました。営業の方の説明も良く、アフターサービスもしっかりしているので信用出来ると思います。 ただ、お店で行った時に他のスタッフからのあいさつや、電話した時の対応がもう少し元気で丁寧だともっと良いと思います。 これからも応援していますし、長いお付き合いになると思いますのでよろしくお願いします。

車は気に入っていますが、営業の対応と整備は良くないです。問題ないと言われた箇所は、ディーラーに持っていったら原因がすぐわかりました。メンテパックを勧められますが、入る価値はないと思います。
I like the car, but the sales response and maintenance are not good. When I took the part that was said to be okay to the dealer, I immediately understood the cause. A maintenance pack is recommended, but I don't think it's worth it.

ここからは二度と買わないでしょう。まず約束したことをやっていない。車の説明よりオプションサービスのほうが長い。整備や塗装もいい加減。挙げ句に、廃車手続きが怠慢で、自動車税の納付書が届きました。星0が無いので星1です。

店長らしき人が接客だったが、見学の予約の段階からしつこい質問攻めにあい、当日の対応も非常に不愉快であった。現在の自動車保険を聞かれソニー損保と答えると、『ただ安いからでしょ』と失礼とも思ってないように言ってきた。金利も9%といわれたので「高っ!」というと、「じゃあ3.5%で」と・・。少しでもふんだくろうという意志が露骨であった。終始、客を貧乏人扱いする言動が散見される。内心「恐らくあなたの倍の年収はありますけどね」とずーーっと思っていた。 自分は関東出身らしく、雪国事情も大して分かってないくせに、その辺のことに関して上からの発言も多い。生理的に気持ちの悪い人だった。 見学した車もたばこ臭いものばかりだった。 後日の電話もしつこいものだった。最悪の中古車屋。

高い評価が多いですが、その背景としては契約後に口コミを投稿するように促されるためです。 ※友人が最近こちらで購入しまして、高評価のからくりを理解しました。契約直後に悪い評価をつける人は少ないに決まってますよね…。 隣で説明を聞いていて、担当された営業の方の人柄がとても良かった(他社見積を持参したところ、親身に相談に乗ってくれていました)ので☆2にしていますが、肝心の車については説明の無かった傷(友人曰く分かり辛い箇所で納車時には気付かなかったとのこと)があったそうで、オススメ出来ません。 購入を検討される際には、隅々までしっかりとチェックされた方が良いです。 ※中古車ということもあり、納車後に伝えても現状優先と言われてしまいます。

こちらで車を購入して2ヶ月もしないうちに車から異音が発生し点検してもらうも車の特性上仕方がない音だと帰されましたがその言葉に納得がいかず1〜2週間後再び来店、そこで原因が特定でき基本保証期間だった為修理を依頼しましたが走行に問題がない為保証適用外と連絡がありました。音がしている以上走行に問題はあると思うのですが?これ以上掛け合っても対応してもらえないと思うので諦めますがこんないい加減な事を言う車屋さんに今後整備をお願いしたいと思いません。高額なメンテナンスパックなどに入っていましたが使う予定も無くなってしまいました。
