初めての医療脱毛をコースで通わせていただきました。
６回ではツルツルにならないと知らされてはいましたが場所によってはもう生えてきません。医療なので痛みはあります。けどその分効果も高いのだと思います。
施術していただいた担当の看護師さんは明るくてお話もしやすいし、丁寧でまた通いたいと思いました、が！！
ただ、残念なくらい接客が悪すぎます。あまり気にしないタイプですし、新人さんがもたつくとか仕方ない事なので怒れたりもしませんが、目に余ります。
ここは美容外科ですからお綺麗な方が受付には多いです。ただ、キツイ言い方で申し訳ないのですがダルマみたいなのが受付にいるんだけど明らかに相応しくないですよね。無愛想で挨拶も出来ない。ベテランさんだと思う。
失礼ながらなぜあのような方置くんですか？オーナーか何かでしょうか？ここ美容外科ですよね？
お客様に失礼です。
あと、施術する方かと思いますがこの人も挨拶も愛想もない。予約時間何回聞き直すの？って思った事もありました。白衣の方もすれ違い様には挨拶くらいなさったらどうでしょうか。
コンビニとかファミレスみたいな所とは違って高いお金を払って行くわけですからそれなりの接客やアピアランスは必要です。「こんにちわ」のひと言を軽いお辞儀と共に言うだけ。幼稚園生でも出来る。
肌の施術もしたいし、良い方はとても良いのでこちらにお世話になりたいけど、正直悩みます。

カウンセリングと施術セットで当日中にできたので楽です、思ったよりも早く終わりました。
顔に麻酔を打つ時は痛かったですが、他はそんなでもなかったです。
レーザーを当てている時は、焦げ臭い感じの匂いのせいか、焼かれてる気分になりましたが、まあ大丈夫でした。
私的には早く終わったのがよかったって思います！

カウンセリングでは女性の方が、手術前と手術後の写真や手術中の痛みなど、分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
手術中は、先生が「今から麻酔して行きますね」などと今から何をするのかを細かく話してくださったので、麻酔も手術も初めてだった私でも安心でした。また、手術直前と手術後に女性の方が気さくに話してくださり、緊張や不安が解けました。
手術中の痛みですが、ほくろ除去では局所麻酔をしたため痛みはありましたが、手術中は全く痛みがなく、少し焦げた匂いがするくらいでした。シミ除去では弾かれたような痛みがあると聞いていたので身構えていましたが、私には耐えれるくらいの弱めの痛みに感じました。
色素沈着や陥没してしまわないように、教えていただいたケアを続けていきます。

流れとしては、カウンセリングで除去したいほくろをマーキング→先生の診察→詳しい説明と支払い→施術といった感じでスムーズな対応でした。
カウンセリング時は、術前術後の写真を見せていただきながら、痛みやアフターケアなどについてわかりやすく説明していただきました。
術中では、局所麻酔を行う時に看護師さんが肩をトントンしてくださったり、気さくに話しかけてくれたので、痛みへの不安が解けました。痛みに関しては、局所麻酔時にチクッという痛みがあるだけで、レーザーに関しては焦げ臭さがあるものの痛みは全くありませんでした。
術後のケア方法も看護師さんが詳しく教えてくださるので、不安なくケアを行なっていくことができそうです。今回はとても満足のいくほくろ除去をしていただき、ありがとうございました。

カウンセリングで毛穴の悩みを話したところ、Drから提案がありピコレザーも同時にやる事になりました。
ピコレザーの方は、かなり痛いと説明されましたが、痛みは我慢できました。
レザーを当てた部分がパンパンに腫れました。
ダウンタイムが気になりますが、強いレザーを当てたので効果が楽しみです。
