★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そこまで待たずに入れました。14時過ぎには完売になってました。
温かいそばは、蕎麦湯に浸かっていて、そこにツユを入れる方式でした。美味しくて優しい味でした！そばには全てデザート付きです。
そこまで安くない点と、システマチックな店員さんの対応で３つにしました。
 I put it in without waiting there. It was sold out after 14:00.
Warm soba was soaked in soba hot water and the tuyu was added to it. It was delicious and gentle! All soba with dessert.
I made it three because it is not so cheap and the systematic staff responds.

出雲の十割蕎麦。蕎麦好きも納得の美味さでした。
つゆが机上に置いてあるのは、今の時代に即さない

上に近づいた所でメニューを渡されるが途中の壁に貼ってあるものと同じ内容
最前列まで来て次だと思ったところで壁に時間帯による待ち時間が書いてありました
階段下にコレ貼っておいて欲しかったな
そしたら先に参拝してこようとか時間使えたのに⤵️
店内座席少ないので待ち時間覚悟ですね
配膳時に出雲そばならではの食べ方説明される、そばちょこのない食べ方
店内暖房効きすぎで温かいかけそばは汗かく
最後になったけど、そばは美味しい！！
メニュー的にはあっさり系ばかりで大きなエビが乗ったような天ぷらそばとかはない

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼どきから少し早くはいったらちょうど待ちなく入れました。
QRコードでスマホから頼むのはなかなか斬新ですね。日本酒も豊富で、蕎麦も美味しかったです。全部美味かったが梅が酸味が少なくて想像以上に美味くてびっくり。
締めで頼んだ宍道湖のシジミ味噌汁もよく出汁が出てて美味しかった。
帰りは階段ずらっと並んでました。また是非来たいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出雲そばが食べたくて参拝前に訪問。開店前から4組ほどすでに並んでいました。人気の彩り割子が薬味のバリエーションが変わってておいしかったです。自分のスマホを使って注文するので効率が良い。

土曜日の11:30でしたが1人しか並んでいなかったので、そのまま並んで入店。人気メニューの「彩り三色割子蕎麦」をスマホから注文するシステム。コロナ対応ですかね？
するとお蕎麦が到着♫
少し濃いめの甘いお出汁で、しっかりと蕎麦風味のお蕎麦を美味しくいただきました。
濃い目のお出汁で蕎麦湯も満足できますね。
そして
お会計して帰る時には一階まで30人ぐらいの行列でした汗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 参拝の帰り、雨でうろうろしたくなくて近くの目に付いた店に入りましたが大正解。
十割蕎麦が香りよく美味しくて良かった。
いつもは5～10分歩く店に行きますが、こっちが良いなと。
あと、自分のスマホを使っての注文も簡単だし悩みながらも注文できて良いですね。
お客さんが入れ替わる時のテーブルやメニューの消毒も隅々までされてて感染症対策もしっかりされてました。
