橘	橘川淳一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３回目。今度は「カザセット」名前はわかっても、実体はさっぱり。食べた感じでは、上から時計回りに、(1) 粉ふき芋とピクルス。(2) ミント入りソース(3) ヤギ肉のジャーキー。ビーフージャーキーに食感は似ているけど、肉の味、風味が強い。(4) ベビースターラーメン入りの固めに戻した押麦(5)真ん中は、レンズ豆を茹でて押しつぶして乾燥させたもの。そのまま食べると、塩味が全然しないファミリースタイルトルティアチップ。もう一皿は、胡瓜、玉ねぎに薄皮ドーナッツにミントのソースを入れるもの。デザートじゃないけど一番最後に出てきた。他の人の意見は前菜として、食べるじゃない？ということでした。見た目は、シバ神のドクロのネックレスです。カブリナン、おいしい。焼き方は、熱い　程度で、焦げたりしません。美味しかったので、カブリナンもダリバートもアル・バインガン（ジャガイモと茄子のカレー）の写真も撮り忘れました。店の人のお店への情熱が高い感じで、最近増えている、ネパールはおろか、インドでもなさそうなものは出ていません。壁の手書きの国旗がいい感です。 Third time. み	みうけん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新杉田駅と杉田駅の近く。食材販売も少しだけやっています。このお店はダルバートがうまい！！ダルもカレーも酸味と旨味、辛味と香りが調和しているし、たっぷりのサフランライスはきちんとバスマティ米。しかもチキンティッカつき。このお店に来たら、本格ネパール料理は外せない。お支払いにペイペイも使えるし、ぜひとも再訪したいお店。ただし階段を使って２階に上がるのでバリアフリーが必要な方にはキツいかも。 Near Shin-Sugita Station and Sugita Station.
