★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015-16年くらいだったと思います。お気に入りのオニツカタイガーのシューズの靴底がすり減ったので修理を依頼しました。修理してくれ感謝しているのですが、店員から「もっといい靴なら修理するのは分かるけど」とか「使い捨てでしょ」とか聞いてもいないのに勝手にコメントを言われました。とても頭に来ています。このことは時々思い出し、頭に来ます。客の依頼に対し、気分を害するようなコメントをする時点で修理する腕がどうこうより、プロフェッショナル意識に欠けます。ですので、星評価1としました。この怒りをどこでぶつけたら良いのか、直接抗議しようかとも思いましたが、ここでの評価、当方からのコメントまで失礼いたします。あれ依頼当然利用はしていません！！！！！！！
I think it was around 2015-16. The soles of my favorite Onitsuka Tiger shoes are worn out, so I asked for repairs. I'm grateful for the repair, but the clerk said, "I know I can repair better shoes," or "Isn't it disposable?" I'm very crazy. This sometimes comes to my mind. When you make an offensive comment to a customer's request, you are less professional than you can repair. Therefore, I gave it a star rating of 1. I thought about where to hit this anger and protest directly, but I'm sorry for the evaluation here and the comments from us. Of course I don't use that request! !! !! !! !! !! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブランドでもなく安い靴でも、分け隔てなく丁寧に直してくれて、靴への愛が溢れています（こちらの扱いが悪いのもお見通しで、取扱いもちゃんと教えてくれます。）。
引っ越しで遠くなってしまい、もう５年くらい前のことですが、まだ営業されていて嬉しいです。
絶対に失敗したくない大切な靴の時は遠くてもまたお願いしに行きます！！
