★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかりした図面と分かりやすい３ＤのＣＡＤによる提案を受け想像以上の出来栄えに満足しています。職人の人達は礼儀正しく、何より工事現場は綺麗でした。
We are satisfied with the results beyond our imagination, thanks to solid drawings and easy-to-understand 3D CAD proposals. The craftsmen were polite and above all the construction site was beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外構工事の見積もりを依頼したところ、こちらに希望の納期も聞かずに「工事が立て込んでおり、○○ならお急ぎでしょうから、今回は辞退致します」と一方的に断りの返答が返ってきました。
When I requested an estimate for the exterior construction work, I did not ask for the desired delivery date, but unilaterally refused the reply saying, "The construction work is in progress, and if it is XX, I will be in a hurry, so I will decline this time." I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの要望を快く受け入れてくれない。こうした方がいい、ああした方がいいといった具合に提案が押しつけがましい。その割に肝心な部分にミスが発覚。職人さんのミスではなく、設計ミス。本当に残念です。
He is not willing to accept this request. Proposals are intrusive, such as this is better, and that is better. For that reason, a mistake was discovered in the important part. It's not a craftsman's mistake, but a design mistake. It is really a pity.
