★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方一人で訪問、若い店員さんが迎えてくれた。蕎麦と舞茸天を注文。15分程度で料理が来た。
舞茸天、蕎麦共にとても美味しい。
天ぷらは油もよく切れていてサクサクの衣。
蕎麦は細めで歯応え強めの麺、よく冷水で締めてあって食べ応えがある。
つけ汁は3種類あり、自分の好きな汁を注文するスタイル。
とても出汁の香りがよく薬味がなくても十分蕎麦を堪能できる。
そして、感動したのは出された蕎麦湯。
白濁としていてそばの香りがとても良い。
蕎麦好きとしては蕎麦湯も楽しみたいのでとても好感が高い。
また来店したいお店である
 I visited alone in the evening and a young clerk welcomed me. I ordered soba and Maitake Ten. The food came in about 15 minutes.
Both Maitake Ten and Soba are very delicious.
Tempura is a crispy batter with well-drained oil.
The soba noodles are thin and crunchy, and they are often tightened with cold water to make them satisfying to eat.
There are three types of soup, and you can order your favorite soup.
The soup stock has a very fragrant aroma and you can fully enjoy soba without any condiments.
And what impressed me was the soba hot water that was served.
It is cloudy and the scent of buckwheat is very good.
As a soba lover, I also want to enjoy soba hot water, so I like it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格手打ち蕎麦のお店で蕎麦が美味しいのはもちろんなんですが､ここの天ぷらは絶品です｡天皿蕎麦も天丼も超おすすめです｡皿そばは大盛の他に特盛りもあり､何人かでシェアすることも出来ます｡つけ汁をもり汁やたぬき汁､鴨汁など好みによって自由に選べるので大人数でも楽しめると思います｡正に隠れた名店だと思います｡
ランチの昼膳は大盛り無料かソフトドリンクサービスでかなりコスパ良くておすすめです｡
Of course, the soba is delicious at the authentic handmade soba shop, but the tempura here is excellent. We highly recommend the tempura soba and the tendon bowl. You can also share it. You can freely choose the soba soup, such as soba noodles, soba noodles, and duck soba, so even a large number of people can enjoy it. I think it's a well-known restaurant that is truly hidden.
Lunch is recommended as a large serving of free or soft drink service, which is quite cost effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が隣接しているのがありがたい。というか、駐車場がないと行けない場所でもある。味はごく普通。天ぷらはそれなりに。少し価格は高いかな、と感じたが、来客も多く人気店だと思う。
I am grateful that the parking lot is adjacent. In fact, it's a place you can't go without a parking lot. The taste is very normal. Tempura as it is. I felt that the price was a little high, but I think it is a popular shop with many visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価は良いのですが、個人的には少し期待はずれといいますか...特別な所はなく可もなく不可もなくでした。お蕎麦も普通に美味しいのですが、この量と質でこのお値段なら、通う感じではないかな...と。接客もまずまずといった感じで、気持ちのいい接客とまではいかず、こちらも普通でした。
The evaluation is good, but personally it's a little disappointing ... There was nothing special and it was neither good nor bad. Soba is usually delicious, but at this price with this quantity and quality, I think it feels like going. The customer service was fair, and it wasn't a pleasant customer service, which was also normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店の蕎麦はのど越しが良い綺麗な更科そば。
蕎麦もなかなかですが、天ぷらの揚げ方が素晴らしいですね。
頂いた天皿そばに付いてた一口サイズのデザート(牛乳寒天かな…)も何気に嬉しい。
ちなみに、お茶は蕎麦茶で蕎麦湯はさらさら。
随所にこだわりを感じるお蕎麦屋さんです。
駐車場は店の前に３台分と店の左側に何台か停めることが出来るようです。
店は幹線道路沿いに位置するもそれほど目立たず隠れた名店といった感じがします。
The soba noodles at this restaurant are beautiful Sarashina soba noodles with a nice throat.
Soba is also quite good, but the way the tempura is fried is wonderful.
The bite-sized dessert (milk agar ...) that came with the soba noodles I received is also nice.
By the way, the tea is buckwheat tea and the soba hot water is smooth.
It is a soba restaurant that feels particular about everywhere.
It seems that the parking lot can park 3 cars in front of the store and some on the left side of the store.
Although the store is located along the main road, it feels like a hidden store that is not so noticeable.

当方、蕎麦は好きですが、うんちく等はございませんので率直に言うと「とても美味しい」ってのが感想です
I visited for the first time.
I like soba, but I don't have any pranks, so frankly, my impression is that it's very delicious.

揚げ物系は、油がイマイチでした。
お蕎麦は、皿そばは可もなく不可もなくって感じです。鴨汁は、つゆが私好みではなかったです。おしるこ、アイスも可もなく不可もなくって感じです。蕎麦湯が出て来なかったので、お蕎麦屋で蕎麦湯がないのも珍しい？忘れたのかは分からないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 更科蕎麦で汁は甘めの香(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧良し?天ぷらもサクッと上げてて美味しかったです。店内も清潔感があってコロナ対策もバッチリ。地元のお客様が多い感じでした。隣に大きな駐車場?完備されてて助かりました。
