肉入ラーメンを注文しましたが、年配の女性店員2人というだけあっチャーシューの盛付けも手を抜くことなくキレイにまとめてあって、とても好感が持てました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の頃、ユニーに来てたまに食べるスガキヤ特製ラーメン。ドン・キホーテになってもスガキヤが残ったのはうれしいですね！
久々に特製ラーメンを食べましたが、記憶違いかもしれないけど、器が小さくなり焼豚が変わった？と感じました。とは言え、思い出のお店が残っているのは嬉しい限りです。
平日のスガキヤでゆったりとラーメン食べながら、思い出にひたりました。今後ともスガキヤを続けてほしいですね！
あと、ユニーと言えば、みたらし団子とお好み焼きをテイクアウトで買えたのですが、そちらは無くなったのかな。ユニーのお好み焼きは丸く焼いたものを半分に折ってあって半月形状でしたね。
お好み焼きってそういう形なんだって育ってきて、実は円形の方が普通？というのに気付いたのは大学生の時でした！
