イートインの方が麺のコシが強く

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜ラーメンをいただきました。あっさりしていて素朴だけど、他にはないラーメンです。フォーク付きスプーンは具材を食べるにはちょっと使いにくいです。

子供連れ、学生、老人が非常に多いです。
昼間は常に子供の甲高い声がしてます。笑
学生が勉強したり話してるのも普通の光景です。
これは10年くらい前から変わらないので、ここはもうこういう場所だと皆が認識してます。
静かに食べたい時には向いていませんが、多少騒いでも大丈夫なのは時には有り難いですよね。
スガキヤ大好きなのでよく食べますが、ここの店舗が特に美味しいとかではないかな。
子連れにはいいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ズボンの裾上げに行き裾上げが済むまで時間が有るのでブラブラしながら久しぶりにスガキヤの肉ラーメンを食べた。
親しんだ味なので満足はした。時間的には13時～14時前後だったとは思うが、フードコートを利用しない客で席が埋まってた感はある。学生は多かった。

愛知から離れている者としてはスガキヤはソウルフードです。

For those who are far from Aichi, Sugakiya is a soul food.
