元鶴岡人、イチ押しはここだぁーー!!! やっふぉ 山鼻です。鶴岡に1年と6ヶ月住んでましたが一番通ったお店がこちらの太麺屋さんです。 道産子の私からしたら衝撃的でした。 だってさ 麺が極太なんだもん。 それがまた面白いくて腹を抱えるほど美味しいんです。 結果的に毎週末通い詰めた結果、1年半で10キロも太ってしまいました。。 とにかくコクのある飲みやすいスープにグルグルの麺が良く合います。 個人的に1番好きです。 結婚して下さい。

中華そば 普通盛り 太麺 普通 麺固め。刻みチャーシュー。 刻みチャーシューは100円で結構な量。 もともとチャーシューも3枚あるので、それを踏まえたうえでトッピングしてください。 太麺は食べ応えがあり、久々にがっついてしまいました!

琴平荘専用粉使用の極細麺大盛 ほぐしチャーシューをトッピングです。 いつもは油っぽくにしてますが、今回は普通。 極細ちぢれ麺にほぐしチャーシューが絡み付いて、すするたびに唸ります。 最後まで飽きずに美味しく完食出来ました。 ありがとうございました。

琴平荘イズムを感じるお店です。なお「太麺屋」という店名にもかかわらず、琴平荘専用粉を使った極細麺、細麺ストレート、細麺、太麺、極太麺から、お好みの麺をチョイスできたりします(笑)

ガッツリ中華!細麺太麺(常連の方は極細もオーダーしていた。)が選べる。硬めのチャーシューが好きな自分はにはあまり好みではないチャーシュー。冬だからなのかわからないが、店の湿気が凄い笑

Local ramen restaurant specialising in chashumen. You can choose either thick or thin noodles. I got the thin noodles and they were the curly type. You can also choose the portion size: small, regular and large for 600, 700 and 800 yen respectively. If you get the chashumen it's another 200 yen extra. I got the regular size chashumen and it felt like a large. There were lots of meat and unless you're a big eater or simply really hungry, I'd recommend getting the small. The soup was soy sauce based and honestly nothing special. A single bowl of this is really filling and I struggled to finish all the meat and noodles, let alone even attempting to finish the soup. It seems to be popular with the locals but that's probably only because of the ridiculous portions at a relatively low price point. I wouldn't really recommend this place.
