磯	磯脇淳一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形県と言えば冷やしラーメンを産み出した土地で、ラーメンに非常にこだわりがあり、鶴岡界隈で一番美味しいラーメン屋さんとして紹介いただきました。お昼時は混雑すると伺ったので開店に間に合うように行ったのですが、既に何組か並んでおり食べ終わってお店を出る頃には満席の繁盛ぶり。それでも、東京のようにゴミゴミしていないのは素晴らしいことです。肉そばの中盛りを頼みました。縮れ麺に魚介系の出汁がよく絡み、また2種類から選べる鶏肉も素晴らしく評判に違わぬ美味を味わう事が出来ました。 Speaking of Yamagata Prefecture, it was a land that produced cold ramen, and I was very particular about ramen and I introduced it as the most delicious ramen restaurant in the Tsuruoka area. The chukasoba ( Chinese wheat noodles) seem like hand made. Presentation is good specially the circular bamboo shoot. Various topping options green onion, curry, wonton dough skin, meat toppings.
