★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月の週末に久々千年の宴に行ったのですが、とても呆れてしまってびっくりした。２年前にも宴に行ったのですが、その時より最低な店になってました。客が来店してるのにブザー鳴らしても直ぐ来ない。注文しても飲み物が運ばれて来ない。ブザー鳴らしても店員すら来る気配ない。人員不足なのは解るけど、あまりにもガッカリ?⤵経営店舗を増やすより、客足を減らさない様にした方が良いと思われます。店長はどう考えてるのか?宴は終わったな?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 至って普通のチェーン店の居酒屋さんですね。コロナ禍で入店時に店員さんがアルコールスプレーを差し出してくれましたが、帰る時はどこを見渡してもアルコールスプレーが見当たらなかった。
喫煙席があるかと思いきや、席は禁煙で1階に喫煙ブースがあるらしく席を離れてそこまで移動するようです。
愛煙家の友人にはちょっと不満そうでしたね。

飲み物を頼んでも30分たっても出てこない。
料理も全然届かない。
隣にいたファミリーのお客様も途中ですぐに帰っていきました。
席数はたくさん確保されていますが店員の人手が足りていなくて対応出来ていない状況
店員さんの対応はとても良かったと思いますが、
運営状況が少し煩雑になっていると思います。
料理(特に鍋料理)はどれも美味しかったです。
これからも頑張って下さい。

個室の防音性は今一つですが空間はきちんと仕切られていました。
掘りごたつになっていて、広々という感じではありませんでしたが異常に窮屈ということもありませんでした。
ボタンを押してから注文を取りに来ていただくまでの時間はかなり早かったです。
しかしながら注文から提供までの時間にはムラがあり、飲み物だけでも相当待たされてしまうことがあったのは残念でした。
部屋にカラオケの機材がありましたが、使えないようでした。 貸切の時等に利用できるのでしょうか。 特に説明書き等はありませんでした。
