全体的にとぼけた印象のディーラーです。担当者が交代するときも徒歩でも来れる距離なのにあいさつに来ません。新車購入した際に車のナビの説明書をラゲッジルーム下の収納内にナビの空箱に入れたまま納車され、車検時にグローブボックスにないと言われるまで、存在すら知りませんでした。新しい担当者もそういうのに詳しくないと開き直ります。

ここでの利用は初めてでしたがもう行きません。 駐車場入口は何もいじってないレガシィでも、出る時にバックして出るか精一杯の段切りをしないとバンパーがやられてしまいそうな程の急な坂があり不便。 オイル交換とエレメント交換をお願いしたのですが、何も言わなかったら次回交換目安のステッカーはくれない。(車検証入れに過去のステッカー入れてある事も気付かない&整備手帳に記入もない) お会計時修理明細書と手書きの領収書を渡されたが、後日その明細書と領収書の金額が2500円程相違しており余分に取られてた事が判明。 それもこちらから連絡しないと向こうでも分かっていなかった。 その日その日毎にレジ締めとかやらないのだろうか。 結局差額は、口座を伝えて1週間以内に送金される。領収書は会社に提出しなければならなかったので正しく記入した物を郵送で送って貰うことになった。 たかがオイル交換でこんなミスばかりあるんじゃとてもじゃないがほかの事は任せられないのでもう行きません。

ます、はじめに店舗に着いたときに出迎えどころか店員もシカト状態。おまけに入口のドアも全て締切。店内には二人程客がいたが、仕事しろ!って感じ。見ところカタログすら常備して無い様子。営業店舗として最悪。 今まで川越店を利用していたが、鶴ヶ島の方が近いので様子を見にいったが、悪い物を見てしまいました。 逆に川越店は、店舗に着いたときから帰る時まで親切丁寧で、店の雰囲気も落ち着くデザインで居心地がよい。カタログも豊富に用意されているし、情報誌の配慮も嬉しい。 鶴ヶ島店に爪の垢を煎じて飲ませてあげたい。

過去何回か訪問しており、他の方も書いているが接客、営業の程度が低すぎる。入店しても無反応、素っ気ない対応が当たり前。以前からこうだから改善する気もないのだろう。他メーカーとは比べるまでもなく埼玉スバルのなかでも悪い方だと。
