j	jun jun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クイック車検に訪れました。ヘッドライトとサイドスリップの調整が必要になり、ヘッドライト調整が1000円、サイドスリップ調整が3000円追加になりました。サイドスリップ調整でハンドルのセンターが狂ってしまっていました。残念です。横着して片側だけ回して調整したのかもしれません。元々少し右に切れていたのが更に気になるようになってしまい残念ですね～まぁ本当に通すだけの車検はこんなもんなのかもしれない。コバックも大したことないです。安い分何かあれば追加追加で料金を取られます。 I visited for a quick inspection. T	Taka Suzu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでレヴォーグの購入をさせて頂きました。直接お話の際のご対応は丁寧ですが、連絡などが不十分で不安になりました。個人情報書類を書留で送付した際、購入代金を振り込んだ際、何にも連絡がありません。2，3日してから確認電話を入れると「あぁ届いていますよ」「振込確認しましたよ」という調子です。家電量販店で、数千円の家電購入でも振込確認の連絡くらいあるのが普通だと思います。納車時に「一ヶ月点検があるのでハガキでお知らせします」と言われたが一ヶ月経過しても何もなし、電話もなし。しかも同じタイミングでリコール情報が出て、購入車が該当するにもかかわらず、リコール対象についても連絡なし。購入後わずかひと月でこの対応は呆れます。メール連絡を差し上げたのですが、1週間返信なし。2度目のメールで、一ヶ月点検の連絡やリコール情報の連絡も頂いてないと伝えると、やはり返信ないまま、一ヶ月点検連絡のハガキ一枚送られてきました。今後は自宅近所のスバルディーラーでお世話になります。高額なものを扱っておられるのですから、もう少し丁寧な対応をなさるべきだと思います。 I bought the Levorg here.
