★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インプレッサstiのGDBブルー中古で購入したのですが 12月に水温上昇とエンジンチェックランプ点灯で修理をお願いしたのですが 最初に恐る恐る電話で修理依頼をしたのですが嫌な雰囲気もなく 今まで色々なディーラーでの事を考えても特に引き取り時の対応は最高でした。何か有ってもここなら安心してお願い出来ると思います。
 Impreza sti's GDB Blue I bought it in second hand but in December I asked for repair with water temperature rise and engine check lamp lights up but first I felt a request for repair by telephone but there was no disgusting atmosphere but so far Especially when considering things at a dealer, correspondence at pick up was the highest. I think that if you have something you can do it in peace here.

前の車をスバルでは買ってもらえませんでしたが、若い営業マンが、名義変更をする為の必要書類など親切に教えてくれたので良かったです。
I bought a Levorg for a transfer.
I wasn't able to buy the previous car in Subaru, but I'm glad that the young salesman kindly told me the necessary documents to change the name.

Many of the dealers of domestic manufacturers had the image that they were mostly for people who were not completely interested in cars, but I felt very enthusiastic about the staff who talked passionately about the new BR-Z.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自らセールスする気持ちはほとんど無いです。どの営業マンも事務の女性も接客する姿勢は無いです。
この近くにはスバルディーラーがないから欲しいなら来たらいいんじゃないのではと感じるほどです。
平日でも土日でも水の一杯すらいただけた事もないですし、スタッフの皆さんの教育というかスタンス見直していただきたいです。
I have almost no desire to sell myself. Neither sales staff nor clerical women are willing to serve customers.
There is no Subaru dealer near here, so I feel that I should come if I want.
I have never even had a glass of water on weekdays or weekends, and I would like the staff to review their stance rather than education.

お店自体はそれほど大きくは有りませんが奥行きは深いのと接客エリアは十分に取られているので案外ゆったり感はあります。裏の外車扱いエリアからも出入りできるので便利です。
The reception is always polite and pleasant.
The shop itself is not so big, but the depth is deep and the customer service area is ample, so it feels unexpectedly spacious. It is convenient because you can go in and out from the foreign car handling area on the back.

最初の1台目は中古車からでしたが、サービスの方の対応が素晴らしく、以後新車購入もお願いしお付き合いしています。敷地が狭く土日は大変混み合うので、平日に予約来店する様にしてます。
最初の中古車の頃はガラガラで、そんな気を使う必要もなかったのですが。スバル車も人気になったもんです（笑）営業、サービスとも、良い方ばかりです。
I am indebted to 3.5 units.
The first one was from a used car, but the service is excellent, and we are asking for a new car after that. Since the site is small and it is very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, I try to make reservations on weekdays.
When I was the first used car, it was rattle and I didn't have to worry about it. Subaru cars have also become popular (laughs). Both sales and service are good.
