★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炊飯器を買いに行きました。欲しいものは決まっていましたが、似たようなものがあってわくわからん…店員さんが来て、少し説明してくれて、カートに乗せてくれて、値引きのメモをくれました。
前に来たときも自主的に値引きのメモをくれたので、そういう仕組みなんだろうと思います。交渉したら、もっと安くなる気もしますが、、いつも空いていて、うろうろしている間はガツガツ来ないでくれるので利用しやすいです。

商品が多いので何を選んで良いか分からず説明してもらいたくて、女性の店員さんに接客して頂きましたが、忙しいのか顔に面倒くさそうな雰囲気が出ていたので、帰りました。
なんだか今まで大好きなお店だったのに、この様な事があると心が痛みます。
家族で折角楽しみに行ったのに帰路の車内も、沈黙でした。
しばらくは，行くのを控えたいと思います。
残念です。

ナカノというショップ店員が契約担当をしてくれましたが、知識は浅く訳の分からない説明、分からない事があるとこちらに責任を押し付けてくるような言いぐさ。
終いにはSIMカードを自分で型から取り自分で入れてくださいという始末。
控えめに言ってクソ接客でした。
