Location wise, it is a pretty narrow but long shop and across from the NeWoman and Takashiyama shopping centres.
Rail tracks going into Shinjuku Station are nearby so you can enjoy seeing the trains. Also a nuce view of the NTT Docomo Building, especially with the nighttime illumination.
