★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The Yamagata Wagyu steak absolutely melted in the mouth. Faultless and very courteous service was given. As a tourist with super limited Japanese, the experience was very easy and communication was very good. Highly recommend this restaurant in the 13th floor of the Takashimaya building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly and I'm (being honest) somewhat picky with my food.. Had the sirloin steak with fries, everything was fresh. They have alcohol as well but, seemed a little expensive on that side of the menu. Hope to come back!
-Sidenote, my wife and I don't know Japanese but, it wasn't a problem at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place looks very welcoming and the menu has some good options on it. Prices are moderate and decor is trendy. The food came out quickly but a few of the dishes missed the mark. Certified Angus Beef was just ok. The Wagyu was succulent and tender. The only major drawback was customer service. The wait staff was always standing around instead of waiting on customers. We had to seat ourselves and call the waiter over anytime we had a question or wanted to place an order for something. You want a drink, wave to the group standing and one will come over. You want an appetizer, wave at the group again. You want an entree or dessert, wave at the group. The only thing that did show up without us asking was the bill. Guess that was our que to leave.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The burger tasted like something your friend would make at a bbq. It was good, but not worth the price.
