★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great onsen! Fyi, no tattoos allowed just like most onsens. They close at 1:00 am, which is nice for late visits.
They have several restaurants including yakiniku, udon, tonkatsu, Japanese curry etc. They have a front gift shop as well as a gift shop downstairs; gift shop downstairs closes early, but upper gift shop stays open until they close. They have many bathing pools both inside and out that are gender segregated. They also have a family onsen (also segregated) to take kids to located downstairs that is adorable with kid sized amenities and a kids playroom next door. It is over if the bigger onsens that I've been to and we generally spend several hours there. I highly recommend a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. They have a big outdoor area facing the lake with several different pools for the men’s area. There are also different restaurants and a huge resting area with reclining sofas. If you read Japanese there’s a nice collection of mangas that you can borrow. You can practically spend a whole day here.

Due to the COVID-19,the business hour may be changed for the moment.
So just check it out the business hour by telephone call.
They offer very comfy bath and sauna.
Also you can enjoy some books there.
There are some restaurants in that place.
If you use train to get there,it would be better to catch the free bus that they offer,which is commuting between JR Ogoto station and this spa.
