★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but this was the most disappointing spa experience I've had. The staff were nice enough but my girlfriend and I booked 70 min massages and were very underwhelmed. The massages we had were MAYBE worth 5,000 yen each definitely not the 41,000 yen we paid. To Hyatt staff, please make this right and issue at least a partial refund. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month my friend and I took took the Spa+lunch set. We chose the 1 hour Shiseido body massage + Lunch at The Grill. We also paid for the sweet room so we could have a Jacuzzi bath and a private room for the massage. It was sweet! The Jacuzzi was nice, the massage was sooo good, and the lunch at The Grill was very good. I give this 5-stars because the staff at the spa really were very attentive and considerate. We enjoyed The Grill lunch more than expected. The whole experience took about 3 hours and was lovely. Thank you.
