人形町駅から歩いて平日の開店時間直後だったのですんなり入店。 ビーフカツ(単品) 1700円をオーダー。3分くらいで提供。目の前で調理してくれますがかなり手際が良い。大ぶりのビーフカツが2枚乗っており横にはマカロニサラダとキャベツ。薄めのお肉ですが柔らかくミディアムレアに仕上がっています。そのまま食べてもソースで食べても美味しく色々試してみたくなる味。 提供も早く味も美味しい。おすすめ。
