しょうゆベースの鴨そばのような感じ。
載っている焼きねぎは美味しかった。
店員さんはマスクの上にフェイスガードをして，周辺のお店と比べてもコロナ対策はかなりしっかりしています。
ただ、量に対して割高かなぁという印象でした。
 I had a duck ramen for lunch for 1000 yen.
It feels like soy sauce-based duck soba.
The grilled green onions on it were delicious.
The clerk puts a face guard on the mask, and the corona measures are quite solid compared to the surrounding shops.
However, I had the impression that it was expensive for the amount.

前菜盛り合わせのひとつのポテトサラダはいぶりがっこと一緒に食べると良いお味！
コースとは別にプリンも追加！
最後に黒糖入りのウコン茶を出してくれて〆。

The thick grilled egg is fluffy like a souffle omelette.

通常のお店ではないような部位を自分で焼く、鴨焼肉スタイルも面白いですね！
鴨胸肉の塊焼はボリュームがあってとても満足出来る一品でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにあいち鴨ラーメンと鴨葱わさび丼セット1300円をいただく。
あいち鴨の専門店。小綺麗な店内は四人席が６つ。ランチはラーメンがメインなので一人客が多いが、空いてるテーブルはひとつだけ。
丼を付けようか散々迷ったが、ラーメンがそんなに大きくないとふんでセットを注文。紙おしぼりがあるのは有り難い。
程なくして配膳。見た目はキレイ。ラーメントッピングは、厚めの鴨肉二切れと葱。シンプル。丼も、わさびがタレに少量絡めてあるだけで細かく切った鴨肉と葱だけ。
ラーメンは醤油ベースのやや強い塩味が、鴨肉の旨味とマッチして美味しい。麺はやや細めで、やや固めという、こちらも上品な感じ。
鴨肉の歯応えがしっかりしていて、噛めば噛むほど鴨の風味が口の中に広がる。
鴨が葱背負って…とはよく言ったものだなぁ。鴨と葱はやはり絶妙に合う。ラーメンにもわさびが少量あってもいいんじゃないかな。
相席の客を、空いたテーブルに移すなどコロナ対策もしっかりしてる。量はガッツリはないので、しっかり食べたい人は、丼セットか大盛りがオススメかも。

I used to say that a duck carries a green onion on its back. The duck and the onion fit perfectly. I think it's okay to have a small amount of wasabi in the ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで初来訪。この辺は時々通りますが、ランチやってたんだ…って驚きました。数日前にテレビで愛知鴨が放送されたそうで、それを観ていた者と複数人でラーメンを頂きました。鴨は美味しかったです。延々と食べられる感じ。ラーメンは日本そばのようで、醤油ベースであっさりしています。わりとボリュームがあり、男性でも満足していました。素材にこだわっているせいか、お値段はそれなり。ランチで気軽に…といった感じではありませんが、あの鴨をもう一度噛み締めたい！と思うようなお味でした。
もう秋ですが、暑い中伺った先日にはなかった（と思います(笑)）期間限定の冷やしラーメンが！！
塩ベースで私の好み！
メニューにはありませんでしたが、チャーシュー多めでリクエスト。うぅ、大好き！！
クレソンや焼きネギは筋を感じて少し硬め、そして添えられたかぼすはスープの迫力に完全に負けてましたが、やはり鴨の美味しさは無敵…！明日も行きます(笑)！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人形町駅(日比谷線側)にある鴨焼き肉屋、鴨屋SUN。あいち鴨というブランド鴨で焼き、刺し、料理に合わせて色々楽しめる。初訪問のため様子見で刺し盛りと焼き肉は単品でロース、砂肝、つくね。でも盛り合わせのセットを頼んでもよかった。あっさりしてるからいくらでも食べられる。鴨肉の寿司も10貫セットでよかった。今日は食べていないけど、塊肉とか鴨すきも挑戦したい。ランチの鴨ラーメンも食べてみたい。
スタッフさん、説明も丁寧で、接客レベルは結構高いと感じました。とっても居心地よかったです。
安くはないから普段使いは難しいけど、会食とか大事な時に使いたいお店。

For the first visit, sashimi and grilled meat are sold separately as loin, gizzard, and meatballs. But I could have ordered a set of assortments. It's so light that you can eat as much as you want. The duck meat sushi was also good with a set of 10 pieces. I haven't eaten today, but I would like to try lump meat and duck plow. I also want to eat duck ramen for lunch.
The staff and explanations were polite, and I felt that the level of customer service was quite high. It was very comfortable.
It's not cheap, so it's difficult to use normally, but it's a shop you want to use when you have a dinner or something important.
