★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員が無愛想なのはいいけど、流石に2階危ないだろ、フェンス全開でバイクを下ろすエレベーターは下にあるし、子供がお年寄りなんか階段と間違えて行ったら落ちるぞ、写真を撮り忘れたのでなんとも言えませんが、落とし穴みたいな穴があります、行く人は怪我しない様にね

中古だから錆が出たりするのは仕方ないとは思うが、陳列するならせめてカビくらい落としてくれないと…どこが特製中古車なんだか…
もうこのチェーンでは買いません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直初来店や初心者には店頭対応が愛想無さすぎて面食らうと思います。ただ、無愛想とかいう訳ではなく話し始めれば割と普通な感じ。モーターショップというのは総じてこういう感じが一般的なんだろうと思います。
To be honest, I think that the store support is too unfriendly for first-time visitors and beginners, and it will be annoying. However, it's not unfriendly, but it feels rather normal once you start talking. I think that this kind of feeling is common in motor shops as a whole.

買うつもりなく下見程度に行ったが、色々な話を聞かせてもらい買う気になりました。
同型車種をより安く購入出来るように手配してくれたり、店員の皆さんは対応良かったし、お客さんも多かった事を考えると悪い店ではないと思う。

I think it's not a bad store considering that they arranged to buy the same model at a lower price, the staff were nice, and there were many customers.

私は欲しかったHONDAのバイクを予定通り納車頂いており、特に不具合なく楽しんでいます。
土日の午前は忙しそうで、対応素っ気ない事は確かですが、どのバイク屋さんもそんな感じかと。
金額にも満足していますし、点検の連絡も来ますので十分良いお店だと思いました。

I have received the HONDA bike I wanted as scheduled and am enjoying it without any problems.
It seems to be busy on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and I'm sure it's not easy to deal with, but I wonder if every bike shop is like that.
I am satisfied with the amount of money and I will be contacted for inspection, so I thought it was a good shop.

国産メーカー正規店では販売していないソックスさん独自輸入のバイクをWebサイトで見つけて欲しくなり、近所の港南店に平日早めの時間帯に見に行きその日のうちに購入しました。
見せて下さいと声掛けたら笑顔で『どうぞ！』他のお客さんも居ましたし電話も忙しそうだったので、遠慮無く展示中の車両を見させて頂きました。勿論勝手に触りません。一通り見て目当ての車両があったので、お店の方に声掛け実物を跨がらせて貰いました。少しお話を聞いて一旦帰宅して…
やっぱり欲しいと思ったので、マンションの駐車場を確保して、改めて商談の予約電話を入れて、その日のうちに契約に行きました。直ぐ乗りたい希望を汲んで丁寧に対応してして頂きその場で直ぐ支払いも済ませ、数日後無事納車になりました。
初めていくお店は口コミも多少参考になるかと思い、ついつい見てしまいます。まあ普通のバイク屋さんと思います。接客のレベルはともかく忙しいと多少雑なのは仕方ないかと(^-^;少人数でやってますしバイク屋さんってこんなもんでしょ。
最近のバイクは価格が高すぎる。独自輸入の面白い国産メーカーバイクを取り扱っているところが○なので⭐︎4つ(^-^;
