★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車で走行中にパンクをして、道具もお店もなかなか見つからない中で、ようやく見つけた相澤輪業さんに親切にしていただきました。他の作業で忙しかったのにも関わらず、時間を割いてパンク修理してくれました。御主人もとても親切で、何かあったらまたお願いしたくなるようなお店でした。
I had a flat tire while traveling on a bicycle, and while I couldn't find any tools or shops, I kindly asked Mr. Aizawa Ryogaku to help me. Even though I was busy with other work, I took the time to repair the flat tire. The owner was also very kind, and it was a shop where I would like to ask again if something happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シティタイプの電動アシスト自転車で、後輪タイヤとチューブの交換を依頼しましたが、作業終了後に後輪のハブボルトが手で回るような緩んだ状態で引き渡されました。
帰る途中に寄ったスーパーで自転車を停めたところ、スタンドがグラグラするのに気付き、すぐにこの店に戻ってその旨を告げたところ、店員は「あー、はいはい（笑）」と半笑いで全く悪びれもせず、ボルトを締めた後は謝罪もなく「直しといたから！」と言って店の奥に戻っていきました。
これ、きちんと工賃を払って依頼した作業です。
後輪のハブボルトなんて、走行中にもし外れたらどうなると思います？
安全性もなにもあったものでは無い作業にゾッとして、家に戻り次第、後輪周り全てのパーツをチェックする羽目になりました。
こんな店が金を取って作業をしていてはいけません。
I asked for the rear wheel tires and tubes to be replaced on a city-type electrically power assisted bicycle, but after the work was completed, the rear wheel hub bolts were handed over in a loose state where they could be turned by hand.
When I parked my bicycle at the supermarket on my way home, I noticed that the stand was wobbly, and when I immediately returned to this store and told that, the clerk said "Ah, yes, yes (laughs)" with a half laugh. After tightening the bolts, I didn't feel bad and went back to the back of the store saying "I had to fix it!" Without apology.
This is the work I requested by paying the wages properly.
What if the hub bolts on the rear wheels come off while driving?
I was horrified by the work that had nothing to do with safety, and as soon as I got home, I had to check all the parts around the rear wheels.
Such a store should not be working for money.
