じ	じゅん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のジープ正規店で購入した車の修理相談及び持ち込みの予約をしようと電話したところ、他店で購入した車との理由で、受付すらしてくれませんでした。ヤナセやレクサスではそんな対応されたことが無かったので、とてもびっくりしたと同時にメーカー(ディーラー)に対し不信感を抱きました。 When I called to consult about repairing a car purchased at another Jeep regular store and make a reservation for bringing it in, it did not even accept it because it was a car purchased at another store. Yanase and Lexus had never dealt with such a situation, so I was very surprised and at the same time distrusted the manufacturer (dealer).

I also loved the Wrangler, but I was attracted to the overwhelming presence of the Grand Cherokee. From now on, other Jeep dealers will take care of you! The staff are polite and the shop is bright and cozy!
P	Paul Maruyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Ford abandoned Japan early 2016 leaving Ford owners without any Ford dealership and services, I have been taking my 2007 Mustang GT to Jeep Yokohama Kounan for repairs where several former Ford Yokohama staff are employed. I'm not a Jeep fan, but I believe the service manager, Mr. Ito, has been honest and sincere with the 2 separate repair details, for instance, charging me for unnecessary parts and labor costs. I know about car mechanics, and I pretended not to know much. If you as a foreigner intends to purchase a foreign car, be prepared to pay unbelievable costs for parts and labor. I paid 250,000 yen ($2,300) for left and right headlamps!!! This excluded the rest of assembly kit - no halogen lights, flasher lamps and covers- just the black rubber, inside reflector and lamp cover. The entire headlamp assembly costs $335 (MSRP) per Ford USA. It appears that a Japanese company, PCI, is charging excessive costs for Ford parts. I recommend buying Japanese car, so that you don't get a "heart attack" from the costs of foreign auto parts. Meanwhile, Jeep Yokohama Kounan service department is reliable.
M	Maruyama Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom & related areas are clean with 4 models of Jeep. The staff members are very polite & helpful. BEWARE!!! The estimate to repair my car was UNBELIEVABLE 541,000 yen or $5,100 just to fix a slight pinging noise from one cylinder. I know what the problem is & it probably will cost about $600 back in the states. Buy a Japanese car!!! Avoid buying all non-Japanese cars unless you are a millionaire. This is no BS.
