神奈川県自転車防犯協会HPに書いてある書類を持って行きましたが
面倒くさそうな態度で登録してくれませんでした。
他所で買ったものなんて良い顔されないのはどこも一緒でしょうか。
今後客になるかもしれない人間に丁寧な対応が出来ないのはもったいないと思います。
