ゆ	ゆうき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店員が中古のSIMフリースマホを買えば、現在私がソフトバンク製アンドロイドで使用しているSIMをSIMフリースマホに差し替えるだけで使えるというので、その店員の言うとおりに、シムフリースマホを買って、ソフトバンク製アンドロイドSIMを刺したら、モバイルデータ通信ができませんでした。それに関してネットで調べると、どうやらソフトバンクのアンドロイドSIMには、ソフトバンクのアンドロイドスマホしか使えないようにIMEI制限がかけられている、ということがわかり、そのことを店員に言ったら、「IMEI制限はかけられていない、そのSIMフリースマホが故障している、通常はそういったことはあり得ない」などと言われました。ここの店員は私のスマホのAPN設定がおかしいと決めつけ、IMEI制限がかかってないなどという嘘をつき、挙句の果てには、私のスマホが不良品であるかのようなことを言いました。あまりに専門知識がなさ過ぎて、全く話が通じなく、非常に無駄な時間を使わせられました。あまりにひどい対応だったので、ソフトバンクは解約することにしました。そして数日後、ケーズデンキでワイモバイルに乗り換えしたら、全く問題なくモバイルデータ通信ができるようになりました。やはり、ソフトバンクのアンドロイドSIMにかかっていたIMEI制限が原因でした。ここの店員の専門知識の低さには、本当に参りました。ここの店員のせいで多くの時間を無駄にしました。二度と利用しません。知識がないなら他人に無責任なアドバイスをすることのないように、社員教育を徹底してください。 If the clerk here buys a second-hand SIM fleece phone, it can be used by simply replacing the SIM I'm currently using with Softbank Android with SIM fleece phone, so as the clerk said, I bought a sim fleece phone and made it by Softbank.
