ソフトバンクから送られてきたメールの内容が分からず店員に聞くも「分からない。本部に電話してくれ」と言われました。
中には対応のいい店員さんもおられましたが悪い店員が目立ってしまいます。
また予約の対応も悪い。iPhoneの予約をしても一向に届かない。人気の機種で仕方ないが遅くなる等のメールもなし。
最悪です。別の店舗に変えました。

I didn't understand the content of the email sent from Softbank and asked the clerk, but he said, "I don't know. Call the headquarters."
There were some clerk who responded well, but the bad clerk stands out.
Also, the correspondence of reservations is bad. Even if I make a reservation for iPhone, it doesn't arrive at all. There is no help for it with popular models, but there is no email such as slowing down.
It's the worst. I changed to another store.
