抹	抹茶 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々たいして良くなかった店員の態度が、セルフレジ導入でさらに悪化しています。レンタルはセルフレジで店員と関わらずに済むのでまあいいのですが、中古商品は店員のいるレジで買わないといけないので非常に不愉快です。いつも談笑していて客が来ると面倒臭そうに睨み付けられますし、商品の扱いは雑でぶつけたり落としたりしても謝罪はありません。しまいには、商品やポンタカードのバーコード面を上にしてカウンターに置くように客に指示する始末。控えめに言って終わってます。なのでTSUTAYAの方に行っていますし、ゲームはAmazonやJoshinで買っています。 The attitude of the clerk, who was originally not very good, is getting worse with the introduction of self-checkout.
