★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ymobileの機種変更で店頭価格38,000円の機種、これからいくらか安くなりますか？の問に定員、そのままです、値引ありません。どうされますかの上から回答、検討して下さいって愛想なしの笑顔無しで検討出来ます？、私が店員なら始めに申し訳ありません機種変更価格は店頭の表記価格のままで値引出来ないんですよ。って言ってペコリするけどね。
でJoshinに移動して10,000値引してたのでこっちで変えました。
あとテレビ購入して3日後に再度来店した時もその時接客対応してくれたお兄さん、私の顔見ても無視でした、普通3日後ならテレビ購入ありがとうございます、その後何か不具合とか無いですかくらいあっても良くないですか？ほんとこの店は接客なって無いわ
店長さん社員接客指導改めてお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物は古びていて狭く 客が居なくて活気もない。上から目線の接客と、用もないのにすぐ おじさん店員が近寄って来るのがウザイ。変な店員しかいない。聞く気もしない。 ジョーシンやEDIONのほうが好きです。
The building is old and small, with no customers and no liveliness. It is ugly that the uncle clerk approaches immediately even though there is no use for customer service from the top. There are only strange clerk. I don't feel like listening. I like Joshin and EDION better.
