★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品が来週(一週間後)には届きますと言われ、それから一週間経てど音沙汰無し。商品の納期が遅れるなら一報下さればサービスとして良いと思います。しびれをきらしこちらから連絡すると更に一週間かかると。
そして一週間が過ぎ、また音沙汰無し。
おそらく発注されていなかったのだと思います。
今後こちらのお店にお世話になる事はありません。
最初からケーズデンキにしておけば良かったと「後悔」しました。
更に追記です。
後日商品を取りに伺って持ち帰ったのですが、商品が足りませんでした。
これはもう笑うしかないです。
これがヤマダ電機京丹後店クォリティーなのだと、納得しました。
ここまで来ると逆に凄い。

買う気もなくなりますよね・・・

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い背の低い人に対応して貰い教えて貰いましたが売る気あるの？自分の知ってる事を並べてるだけ。買う気にもならなかった。客が情報だけで話ししても、違うのを説明もしない。違う商品を聞くと‼️お客さんがこれって言われたので‼️違うやろ！客ゎ情報だけで話してるんやから、本当に良い物を勧めるやろ？もっとスタッフの指導しろ‼️店にそんな奴立たせるな。

他の店員さんは、見て回ってたらずっとついてくるし、『予算はこれくらい』って言ってるのに、倍以上の商品を勧めてくるし、話にならないかな。

全然話を聞いてないから、色んな時間にかけてくる。
ケー⚫デンキは話を遮らずこちらの話をちゃんと聞いてくれてた。ここはダメ。
