★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auから料金を抑えたくて相談して説明された金額がだいぶ安くなったのでauとほぼ同じプランで3台乗り換えたらビックリ!auよりも1万円位高い請求が来た。スタッフに聞いてもそんなに高くはないはずだけどって言って納得のいく説明もされず、2台をワイモバイルに変えるよう言われそれでも説明された金額よりも高い請求が来た。
更に最初の契約の時、電気代が3ヶ月無料になるので今契約の請求書を持って来てくださいと言われたので持って行って渡したにもかかわらず、いつまで経っても元の電力会社から請求書が来るので問い合わせた所、何も手続きされておらずもう3ヶ月無料キャンペーンは終わったので出来ませんの一点張り。そちらのミスなので何とかして欲しいと伝えて後日連絡をもらう事を伝えたが1週間以上放置された。結局またこちらから連絡したが返ってきた答えが「その時のスタッフが何て言って契約したか分からないが今はもういないから知らない。今やってるキャンペーンなら対応しますよ。店に来るのが面倒ならネットでも他のソフトバンクショップでも同じ特典だから勝手にどうぞ」的な言い方だった。3ヶ月電気代が無料になるって言って契約させといて今更出来ないって詐欺じゃないか、消費者センターに相談するって言ったら、「そう思われても仕方ないけど出来ません、消費者センターでもどこでもどうぞ」と言って切られた。
契約させる時は安くなるだの色々特典が付くだのいい事ばかり言って実際は月々の料金は上がって特典も付かない悪質極まりない店は初めてです。こんな店が堂々と営業しているのが不思議でしょうがない。もう二度と行くことはなですが皆さんもこの悪質な店には気をつけてください。

After all, I contacted you again, but the answer I got was "I don't know what the staff said at that time, but I don't know because I don't have it anymore. I'll handle the campaign I'm doing now. I'll come to the store. If it's a hassle, it's the same privilege on the internet and at other SoftBank shops, so please do it without permission. " When I told the consumer center that it was a scam that I couldn't make a contract now because I said that the electricity bill would be free for 3 months, I said, "I can't help but I can't do it. Please go to the consumer center or anywhere. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急いで機種変更する必要があり手続き予約が◎だらけで空いていた為訪問。前からいやに空いている店舗という印象はあったが、その理由は色々納得。
①清潔とは言えない店内。
店の奥にキッズスペース的な場所があるが、コロナウィルス感染予防の立場から考えたら使用中止の表示有りでは?と思うが全く放置。
②予約時に来店目的をチェックし送信しているにも関わらず無駄な営業仕掛けてくる。個人情報を簡単に取り上げたうえに大きなお世話の提案ばかり。機種変更しに来たと再三言ってるだろうに!半休取って手続きしに来たこちらの時間を無駄にするつもりだろうか。この店舗はヒマかもしれないが、顧客は忙しい。
③こちらの訪問目的を無視してオレ語りを始める男性店員。こちらは何もそのような質問はしておりません。あなたがどこの会社と掛け持ちして商売していようがこちらは興味無し。もう一度云うが、人の時間を無駄にするのはやめようね。年配の顧客に対する言葉遣いも全く出来ていないし。
君達は接客スキルの初歩から学び直すべきだ。
④挙げ句の果てには希望する機種の在庫無し。こんな接客ばかりでは大して在庫持たせてもらえないのではないか?と穿った見方すらしたくなる。
結局近隣店舗に在庫有り、手続き可能とわかり、そちらで手続きをした。移動した先は親切丁寧。
(はじめからこちらで手続きしたかったのだが、あいにく前日に予約が取れなかった。予約がいっぱいなのも納得の親切丁寧さ。)
⑤今回コメントした当該店舗で契約する羽目にならずに済み、結局は助かった。
二度とここで手続きしようとおもわない。
誰かに勧めることなど決してしないつもり。

You should relearn from the beginning of customer service skills.
④ At the end of the list, the desired model is out of stock. Isn't it not possible to keep a lot of stock with just this kind of customer service? I even want to see what I wore.
After all, I found out that the procedure was possible because it was in stock at a nearby store, so I went through the procedure there. The destination is kind and polite.
(I wanted to complete the procedure here from the beginning, but unfortunately I couldn't make a reservation the day before. It's kind and polite that I'm convinced that the reservation is full.)
⑤ I didn't have to make a contract at the store I commented on this time, and it was saved in the end.
I don't think I'll go through the procedure here again.
I will never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近こちらに引っ越して来て、犬達の散歩で通りがったところ、店前で店員さんに話しかけられ、店員さんも犬を飼っているということで話が弾み後日改めて来店しました。
子供のキッズスペースも非常に大きく、滑り台やボールプールもあって子供も退屈することなくいられました。途中気を使ってくれ子供に塗り絵も渡してくれて別のスタッフさんが一緒に遊んでくれ、そうした配慮も良かったです。
でんきの申込みでスマホは変えるつもりはなく来店しましたが、妻のスマホの機種の分割代が終わっていて、新しい機種代が入っても今の支払いと余り変わらないように見直しもいて頂きました。
妻自体が機種に対して特にこだわりがなく使えれば何でも良いと思う人ですが、店員さんが力説してくれ、子供や犬の写真を撮ったりするならPixelという機種がお勧めと言われました。店員さんも実際に私物のスマホもPixelを使っているということで犬の写真を見せてもらいましたが、ポートレート撮影が感動的でした。プロの方が撮ったかのように簡単に自動で編集できてビックリしました。
犬達の散歩中の写真撮影で今では大活躍しています。妻から以前より増して上手く撮れたとラインも送ってくるようになりました。
満足する買い物ができたと喜んでいます。

子供も安心。
用事がなくても遊びに来て良いですよ、と言ってくれた定員最高。
色んなお店に行きましたが私の中でこの店は最上位。
結局携帯が動かなかった理由は私が夜も充電し過ぎてる事が原因らしい。
それ以外にも温かい場所に置きっぱなしにしたりしてたから。
携帯って結構繊細なんだと勉強になりました。
私結構そのへんに置いてしまうので。
気を付けます。
タブレットも欲しかったので聞いたところタブレットの安いプランも紹介してもらいました。
こんなに安くなるんだとびっくり。
外でもいくらでも使えるらしい。
今日購入はしなかったけど今後の材料に追加。
