★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで行ったａｕのショップの中では群を抜いて対応がまともだった。東京だからかなぁ？兵庫県ではまともな店員１人しか経験無い……(苦笑)
Among the au shops I have visited so far, the response was by far the most decent. Is it because it's Tokyo? Only one decent clerk has experience in Hyogo prefecture ... (bitter smile)

I was a exAU user, and I’m currently using UQ mobile with AU Line, and so I thought I can settle my issue in AU shop, but it turns out I have to go to UQ mobile to settle my issue.
The staff with curly hair were very kind and helpful towards me, although I went to the wrong place, yet he explained to me with details informations.
