契約する時は親切ですが解約の態様の悪さが本当に最悪でしっかりとの言葉使いもできず 他社の営業の方とお話させてもらって 言葉使いの悪さにびっくりです 一般常識がキューズモールの職員は全くなってなくいい大人なのに 家族全員解約、友達にもキューズモールのソフトバンクは、本当に評価悪すぎて まだ小さい店舗の方の方が親切ですね お客様が多いといえ態様悪さは本当に気分悪くしました キューズモールから撤退して欲しいですね

まぁ普通かな。 予約せずに行ったので1時間以上後の対応になります…って最初に言われた割に すぐに受付して用も終わらせてくれた(^ ^) いや、それは有り難かったけど 案内係との時間に対する認識の差よ…。 〉10ヵ月以上経ってから返信 しかもテンプレ返信って... 他の方々も言ってるように良いお店ではないよなぁ。 過去にはSoftBankが好きで2台持ちしてたぐらいなんですが、 今は通信料金も高いし機種代も高いし、おまけにスタッフのレベルも低いって全く良いところないやん。 機種代だとiPhoneはAppleで直接買った方がSoftBankよりも遥かに安くて 通信料金はSoftBank回線使いたいならLINEMOにした方が良いよ!

受付終了後のようでしたが店員さんがスッと店頭まで来て契約プランの確認とかしてくれて助かりました。仕事帰りにしか行けない私にとっては臨機応変に対応をしてくれるお店は助かりますね。

料金プランの見直しで来店。予約外で行ったので時間がなかったのか、説明に納得がいかなかった。機種変も考えていたので、そのことを伝えると「料金を安くするなら今使っている機種よりも安いものを選ぶ」と極当たり前の事を言われた。それ以降の話は聞く耳も持てなかったので覚えていないが、とにかく対応に不満であった。
