★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10時開店なのに10時から準備を開始して10時15分に営業開始はどうなのか。担当者は丁寧で分かりやすい説明をして下さったのに、残念。予約制の意味が分からない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、スマホの修理を頼みました丁寧に細かく説明していただきました。説明を受けてる途中に気分が悪くなり気を失ったらしいです。すぐに救急車を呼んで女性のスタッフが顔の血を拭いてくれてたらしいです。気がつけば病院のベッドでした。あの時のお兄ちゃんお姉ちゃんホンマにありがとう！感謝です！

ただ今日営業中の確認をホームページで見ていったけど１２月３１日と１月１日は休みとなっていました。情報発信正しくお願いいたします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/30 予約した時間に店に行くとなぜか閉まっていました。
従業員にコロナが出たらしくその日の2日前から休業している旨の張り紙が貼られていました。
解約の手続きをするはずだったのですが出来なくなってしまい翌月に入ってしまい無駄に1ヶ月分の料金を支払わなければならなくなりました。
なんのために連絡先を入力したのでしょうか？
電話、メールのひとつもいただけませんでした。
他の方が書いてる通り店員さんの当たり外れが非常に激しいです。ひとつの店に当たり外れがあるのがよくわからないのですが。
余計に払う一月分の料金も請求したいくらいです。
近くの立花店さんの方がよっぽど親切に対応していただきました。
この店舗はあまりオススメできません^ ^

I was supposed to cancel the contract, but I couldn't do it, and the next month started, so I had to pay the fee for one month in vain.

I didn't receive any phone calls or emails.
As other people have written, the clerk's hits and misses are very intense. I'm not sure that one store has a hit or miss.
I would like to charge an extra monthly fee.
The nearby Tachibana store was very kind to me.
I can't recommend this store very much ^ ^
