従業員にコロナが出たらしくその日の2日前から休業している旨の張り紙が貼られていました。
その日に解約の手続きをするはずだったのですが出来なくなってしまい翌月に入ってしまい無駄に1ヶ月分の料金を支払わなければならなくなりました。
なんのために連絡先を入力したのでしょうか？
客側の予定も考えず電話の一本も入れず平気で閉めてしまうような店です。
2日前から閉めているなら連絡するチャンスなどいくらでもありましたよね。
もともと態度もいかがなものかと思っていましたので二度といきませんし、いくこともお勧めしません。
余計に払う一月分の料金も請求したいくらいです。
近くの立花店さんの方がよっぽど親切に対応していただきました^ ^

I was supposed to cancel the contract on that day, but I couldn't do it, and the next month started, so I had to pay the fee for one month in vain.

It's a shop that you can close without thinking about the schedule on the customer side and without even making a phone call.
If it was closed two days ago, there were plenty of opportunities to contact you.
Originally I was wondering how my attitude was, so I will never go again, and I do not recommend going.
I would like to charge an extra monthly fee.
The nearby Tachibana store was very kind to me ^ ^
