s	sora .a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの接客対応を改善した方が良いと感じました。 dカードの事で2件程わからない事がありましたので、事前に予約をとり伺いました。 1件目は対応して頂けたのですが、2件目は「こちらではわからない」だけでした。せめて「当ショップでは対応できませんので、お手数ですがこちらのdカードカスタマーセンターへお電話して頂けますでしょうか？」など最低限の事を提示したりするべきではないでしょうか？また「今はドコモで契約されていますか？」と聞かれましたので、「いえ、契約していません」と正直に答えた後から、明らかに接客が適当になりました。以前ほかのドコモショップでもドコモユーザーではないと伝えると尼崎店と同様に適当な対応になり、今回で二度目でしたのでとても悲しい気持ちになりました。長い間dカードを利用させて頂いておりましたが、あまりにも酷い対応でしたので解約致します。今後は二度とドコモショップへ行く事もありませんが、とても不快に感じましたのでレビューを投稿させて頂きました。 I felt that it would be better to improve the customer service of the clerk.
