西	西島三郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大晦日は、毎年　年越し蕎麦目当てに　全国から大勢が押し寄せるので、どのお店も満員御礼状態で　順番待ちも出来ないくらいですが、流石に元旦の開店間際では　ゆっくり皿そばを堪能できましたよ！それでもお昼前には　満席近くまで入店が有りました。此処は店舗前に駐車場が有るので　食事だけなら大変便利なお店です。 Every year on New Year's Eve, many people come from all over the country for the year-round soba noodles, so every store is packed and thankful, so you can't wait in line, but you can enjoy the plate soba slowly just before opening on New Year's Day! 宝	宝美野里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍前に蕎麦打ち体験に行った。コロナが終息したら、又、蕎麦打ち体験に行きたい 7/22 出石町で手打ち蕎麦体験 7:3 蕎麦そば粉＋小麦粉を指を立てて混ぜ、ダマにならない様にしながらお水を半量、1/4量、1/4量と少しづつ足していく最初のお水を入れた段階からすいとんの様にダマになって、大笑い状態先生は無表情で黙々と勧め、体験者がゲラゲラ笑っても無表情それが又、可笑しくて笑いを誘う上手な人も、ぶきっちょな人も真剣に蕎麦切りこれがとても難しいけど楽しい最後にグループで作ったお蕎麦は、纏めて茹でられ、一緒に食べます。1人8枚お腹一杯になりました。美味しかったし、楽しかったぁ⤴︎(^^) 。 I went to a soba making experience before the corona. In the same complex is a sushi shop (yummy and the owner speaks some English) and a bar (friendly owners). Be careful to enter the one you want!
