 The set is great value. Soba is 100% but not so fragrant. The soup is refreshing but the soup stock is weak.

先付けでちまきが出てきて、そのあとでそばが出てくるんだけど、塩で食べてみて、とのこと。やばい、酒のみのそばだよ、これは。
自転車旅(車も同じたよね(笑))では、いかんです。
街道から少し入ったところなので、少々わかりづらいところではあるけれども、一見(食？)の価値ありかも。

蕎麦がきも付いていて、蕎麦を初めて塩で食べてみました。
惜しむらくは、そば湯は食べ終わる時に出して欲しかったです!
I ate 100% buckwheat noodles for the first time in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鴨汁十割蕎麦を食べましたが今ひとつでした。鴨は柔らかですが味が足らない。汁は美味しい。蕎麦も物足りない感。薬味のネギ、七味唐辛子も無い。テーブルに紙ナプキンも無い。
I ate duck soup 100% soba, but it wasn't good enough. The duck is tender but lacks in taste. The juice is delicious. The soba is also unsatisfactory. There are no condiment green onions or shichimi peppers. There is no paper napkin on the table.

前菜とちまき、ソバガキとお蕎麦のセットです。
前菜は漬け物や鴨の薫製とソバガキで、どれも上品な味わいで、優しい味付けでした。特にソバガキは出汁とそばの風味ががしっかりと感じられ、焼いたネギの香ばしさと良くあいました。
ちまきはやや濃いめの味付け。もち米と具材の食感のおかげで、満足感が高いです。
蕎麦はシンプルに美味しいので、ツユと塩、どちらも好みで楽しめます。
食後は蕎麦湯でしめ。
お店の方の人柄も暖かく、是非再訪したくなるお店です、
I got a buckwheat noodles (1500 yen).
It is a set of appetizer and chimaki, buckwheat and buckwheat noodles.
The appetizers were pickles, smoked duck and buckwheat, all with an elegant taste and gentle seasoning. Especially the buckwheat oysters had a firm taste of the soup stock and the flavor of the soba noodles, which matched the aroma of the roasted green onions.
Chimaki has a slightly thicker flavor. Satisfaction is high because of the texture of glutinous rice and ingredients.
Buckwheat is simply delicious, so you can enjoy both soup and salt as you like.
After eating, simmer with soba.
The personality of the shop is warm, and it is a shop that you would definitely want to visit again.

美味しいお蕎麦を静かにおしゃれに頂けるお店です。
営業時間は11 時〜14時。夜は予約制です。
