T	Tiger Big on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口のたこ焼き販売所がいい。たい焼きとともに最高に旨い。売り場は、山岳地帯のスーパーなのに、魚介が充実してる。信州なので、イナゴ佃煮、コイの煮付け、イワナニジマスなども当然のようにおいてある。 The takoyaki shop at the entrance is good. ホ	ホークハリー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事先で近くのこちらで昼食を買いがてらに長野お土産も買いに初めて寄りました。お店の中は信州産が非常に多く信州ワインや野菜や惣菜など探せば沢山有ります。お土産も長野県の物がほぼ揃うオススメな店だと思います。ちなみに昼食はローカル感が強い蕎麦いなりと鯉の甘酢あんかけを購入し美味しくいただきました！立ち寄り理由のメインお土産もゲットしました。ある程度、行く前にリサーチしていたので良かったです！ I stopped by for the first time to buy Nagano souvenirs while I was buying lunch here near my place of work. 加	加々見文子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くて安くて沢山商品があります。帰省した折に信州土産の買い出しにここへ行きます。地元の農家さんの出品した野菜を買うのも楽しみです。園芸コーナーでお花も買うのも嬉しいです。信州がぎゅっと詰まっている場所です。地元の人の必要な物を一挙に調達出来る所でもあります。 It is wide, cheap and has many products. Seiyu is a part of Walmart and so you can basically get more foreign products there. As for COOP (aka "Nokyo" by locals), they started making their own pizzas a few months ago, which I happened to eat today. They are tasty (I think there are two or three varieties) and they have a big alcohol section, including good wine (from 500 yen to north of 20,000 yen) and other spirits. They also make their own sushi, and it is also at a high value (and price). If it is beef you are craving for a barbecue, I would recommend going to Seiyu since their beef is much more reasonably priced. Check out may be a little daunting for those who can't speak Japanese, but essentially you get your groceries rung up, then go to a monitor at the end of the check-out stand and can push an "English" button to make it much easier. Try to avoid weekend afternoons as it gets very busy there and you will have to wait in line at the cashier.
