★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １０月８日連休中日で混雑。
店外で２０分程待ちましたが、席に案内されてからは蕎麦が出てくるまで１０分前後。
天ざると辛味大根蕎麦を注文。
蕎麦はほんのり甘みを感じ、風味もそれなりのうまい蕎麦でした。
蕎麦つゆは薄めで何も勝っていないバランスの良い味で、美味しい蕎麦を楽しむことができました。
今年の赤蕎麦はもう売り切れという張り紙がありましたかください。
生産量が少ないんでしょうかね。

ざるそばを頂きました?
ズルズルッと食べ始めると喉越しが良く、
あっという間に食べ終えてしまいました?
お店の中も広くてゆっくりすることが出来ました。
The building was also a nice shop, and I was curious about it.
I got Zaru soba ?
When you start eating slurping, it feels good in your throat,
I finished eating in no time ?
The inside of the shop was large and I was able to relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤そばの里に行く前に寄りました。赤そばを目指して来たんですが、明日からの販売で今臼で挽いてる所との事で残念食べれませんでした。店の外に案内があっても良いのではと思いました。通常のお蕎麦は美味しかったですが年に1度の楽しみが消えました。近くであれば良いですが、赤そばの時期は遠方のお客さんが増える事を考えて対応をお願いしたいです。
I stopped by before going to Akasoba no Sato. I was aiming for red soba, but unfortunately I couldn't eat it because it was on sale from tomorrow and I'm grinding it with a mortar. I thought it would be okay if there was a guide outside the store. The usual soba was delicious, but the fun once a year disappeared. It's okay if it's near, but I'd like to ask you to take measures in consideration of the increase in customers far away during the red soba season.

出汁が効いた汁に蕎麦の風味が心地いいです。蕎麦マニアではないので大したコメントは出来ませんが「いいお店見っけ」という感じです。
今回はニシン蕎麦を頂きました。透明感のある汁に少し甘めのニシンの味が絶妙でした。
天麩羅も手抜きなしで油臭さは一切なし。細部にお店のこだわりを感じました。
Occasionally used at work.
The soba flavor is pleasant in the soup stock. I'm not a soba enthusiast, so I can't make a big comment, but it feels like "see a good shop".
This time I had herring soba. The clear juice and the slightly sweet taste of herring were exquisite.
There is no oily smell in the tempura without any omissions. I felt the store's attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日12時頃に行ったらすでに4組くらい待っていました。コロナ対策で、車中待ち。 お蕎麦は手打ちで、2段できます。食べ応えありました。
When I went around 12:00 on weekdays, I had already waited for about 4 groups. Waiting in the car for corona measures. Soba is handmade and can be made in two stages. There was a response to eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信州辛味おろしそば食べました。そばの味が解らなくなるくらいからいです。鼻水出ます。美味しいです。初見さんは3分の1づつ✕２でそばを食べて、残りを蕎麦湯で飲む位が丁度良いかと。辛味との戦いで、半分で行くのもありかと。
I ate Shinshu spicy grated soba. It's because I don't understand the taste of soba. I have a runny nose. Is delicious. Hatsumi-san wondered if it would be better to eat soba at 1/3 ✕ 2 and drink the rest with soba hot water. I wonder if it's possible to go in half in the fight against spiciness.
