The soothing warm water with its strong but pleasant sulfur smell, accompanied by the amazing view just left my body in a relaxed state. The onsen does close for guest use only in the early afternoon so do come early if you plan on enjoying it. To access the onsen, you need to walk up the stairs right beside the doors of the Soba restaurant and follow the path up.
D	Dao Kang Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great stay. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious. Onsen is great, and I particularly enjoyed the open-air ones. The ryokan went the extra mile to arrange for free shuttle bus services from Oishida station, AND shuttle bus service at night to the main town area next to the river. The services are just impeccable. I wanted to give it a 4.5, but can't on google. the 0.5 is because the food is not perfect. It's good, but not mind-blowing good. Other than that, the rest is pretty much perfect. But that's nitpicking, so there's that.
G	Gary S K Sik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located slightly up the slope and 5-min walking distance from the Ginzanshinhata, you can conveniently parked your car right outside the Hotel (other hotels in this area don’t have such facilities). Room, food, Onsen and service are all excellent, we have a very enjoyable time there.
