★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うな重に、海老サラダ、期間限定のカキフライ、刺身など食べました。個人的には、海老サラダが好きです。浜松で食べるうなぎも久しぶり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今までは大好きなお店でした。いつも親戚で集まるとみんなで行ったお店でした。本日家族で行ったら、少し混んでいる様子。入って早々に『唐揚げないけど？』と店員に。席に着くと『お子様もないから』と。混んでて忙しいかも知れませんが、態度が悪すぎて…。その後、焼き魚定食を注文すると眉間に皺を寄せて『30分かかるんだけど』と2回も繰り返された。こちらが辞めますと言うしかない状態。辞めると、注文の途中で消えて戻ってきたと思ったら『で、あとはどうします？』と口調強く。本当に気分が悪いです。今までの思い出がありますが、祖母の誕生日をお祝いしたりと…お料理は美味しいのに。全員が態度が悪いわけではありません。でも本当に残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店と同時に2人で入店し自分の前には2人組が1組だけでした。
妻が刺身付きの定食、自分が上寿司を注文しました。
注文後に妻の定食が10分位して来ました。来た時に上寿司持って来ます。と言われ待っていても一向に来ません。数分後に隣のお客さんの定食が来た時にも自分に向かい上寿司お持ちします。やはり来ません。
それから数分後に隣のお客さんの海鮮丼が運ばれてきたときにも上寿司お持ちいたしますと言われましたが来ません。
自分の後から入店したお客さんにも順調に提供しているみたいでしたが、注文後45分位して妻も食べ終わっていましたので怒って妻の定食分のみ支払い帰ってきました。
注文時でも途中でも寿司が遅くなるようでしたら言って頂ければ他の物を注文しますし、途中でお持ちしますという言葉を信じて待っていたのが間違いでした。以上が事実です。
自分の想像としては、お客が地元の方が多そうな感じでそちらを優先しているように思いました。
接客は最低です。

It seemed that it was being served smoothly to customers who entered the store after myself, but since my wife had finished eating about 45 minutes after ordering, I got angry and paid only for my wife's set meal and came back.
It was a mistake to believe that I would order other sushi if I could tell if the sushi was late, both at the time of ordering and in the middle of the order, and to bring it along the way. That is the fact.
My imagination is that there are more local customers, so I think that is the priority.
The customer service is the worst.

お天気も良かったからなのか
人気のお店なのか
二組待っている方々がいましたが15分ほどで入店。
混んでいる時だけ2階を使うそうで私達も2階のお部屋に案内されましたが、
どこも綺麗にされていて気持ち良く食事できました。
せっかく浜松だからと夫はちょうど鰻重、私はサラダがセットのもの。
私には少し甘めでしたが、夫はちょうど良かったそうです。
リーズナブル、メニュー豊富、接客もてきぱきされていて思いがけなく良いお店で良かったです。
