平日のお昼頃利用。開店が10:00との事だったが、お目当ての牡蠣飯はすでに完売?お昼ごはん利用の客が多いと思われるが目玉商品が売り切れるのが早すぎませんか?まぁ、第2目的の生牡蠣&焼き牡蠣はとても身が大きくブリブリで凄く満足しました。

家族で牡蠣を食べに行きました。 とびっきり食堂で取材されていたお店だったので、とても気になりました。 牡蠣は、三重県産、岩手県産(貝殻が1番大きい)、浜名湖産の3種類。 メニューにないソフトドリンクは、店内の自販機で購入してください。 蒸した状態で提供されるものの、ガスコンロで熱々のぶくぶくにするのが、贅沢な食べ方だと自賛して、食べました。 牡蠣は、1個あたり360円と安価で四人でお腹いっぱい食べても14,000円くらいの金額でとても満足でした。 牡蠣のお持ち帰りも出来ますが、貝殻は自分で割ってくださいってことで、貝殻付きで10個購入。 自宅に戻ってから、さっそく、調理しましたが、貝殻を割るのが難しくて大変だった。 YouTubeで貝殻を割る動画を視聴しながら、割ったところ、牡蠣の貝柱を手早くカットすることが出来れば、割るのが楽しくなる。 調理した感想は、ガスコンロで加熱する場合、牡蠣の貝殻がキッチン周辺に飛散するので片付けがとても大変。 個人的には、室内ではなく、屋外で調理することをとても推奨します。 割った牡蠣をコンロにのせて、醤油をたっぷりとかけて、ぶくぶく熱々の状態で食べるととても贅沢な食卓に変身。 ぜひ、ご賞味ください。

12月は毎年仲間とキャンプで牡蠣を頂くのですが、昨年まではネットで買っていました。 今年は現地調達したくて渚園キャンプ場の近くに牡蠣を買えるところがないか調べて、こちらの幸福丸さんを見つけました。 勝手が分からないので電話してみると、とても明るく丁寧な応対で、かなり好印象!迷わず予約。 当日、牡蠣を取りに伺った際の対応も電話と変わらず、とても良かったです。 牡蠣の剥き方も教えて頂きました。 さて、肝心の牡蠣ですが、その立派さにびっくり。 北海道、岩手、浜名湖の牡蠣を頂きましたがそれぞれ特徴があってどれも美味しかったです。 次回も必ずリピートします!!

浜名湖産と他県の牡蠣の食べ比べが出来、やっぱり浜名湖産が美味しかったです。うなぎの蒲焼きもリーズナブルで、今回は白焼きにしました。ご飯に付いていたしらすの佃煮が美味しかったので、買って帰りました。

店が左右にありよくわからず店内と書いてある方に入った。左はイカ。右はしらす丼。おいしかった。インター降りてから30分ほどあるけど、立ち寄る価値あり。。写真にはないけど、牡蠣もありますよー。
