★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偶然入ってみたのですが、新浜松駅近くとはいえ、わざわざ階段を降りて地下に有る店なので入りにくい場所にあります。
個室も2人から対応していてゆったり過ごせます。部屋のつくりはいろいろ工夫されてるようで感心ました。
料理はおすすめという事で注文した鶏は充分美味しいけれどもっと美味しい店知ってるとは思いましたが、充分で問題なし。お酒の種類充実してるし、スタッフのサービスも特に充分、カードも使えるので、気軽に通えそうです。

完全個室なので、他の客との絡みも無いしごちゃごちゃ煩わしさは無い、部屋も広々して掘り炬燵とゆったりしている。
料理は、大衆的な料理が多く安価な値段設定で、足の早い新鮮な刺身はなく無難に蛸と白身とサーモンと一般大衆向けの刺身だ❗️
炭焼きの鶏は、炭焼きの香りが程よく残り柚子胡椒で食べると美味い?。
スタッフにおすすめを聞くと馬刺しを勧めて来たが、そこまで推しをする程の品物ではなかった?赤身にロースもっと、たてがみ、ばら、もも、レバーやはつなどが出て来るかと思った。
馬刺しのタレは、熊本の甘醤油にニンニク?だが、ニンニクも既製品でチューブ的な感じでニンニク本来の辛味も香りもないし旨味もない。
本当に、スタッフさん達が味わっておすすめを教えてくれているのか？疑わしい?
薬味にもこだわってもらいたいです。
